Transfers
Limited to the healthcare provider [Acıbadem Kayseri Hospital], competent authorities where legally required, and our hosting provider. If you accept analytics cookies, data may be transferred abroad to Google LLC (Art. 9).
Retention
Appointment requests are anonymised after [365] days; consent records are kept for [730] days.
Your rights (Art. 11)
You may request information, access, correction, deletion, object and claim compensation. Use the Data Subject Request form or write to [e-mail / registered e-mail address]. We respond free of charge within 30 days.
